Scope. Clinic Reports is a private software tool built for and used only by Dr. Ammar Al-Yousef (the owner). It is not offered, sold or licensed to anyone else.
2. Use. The tool reads files that the owner places in his own Google Drive and creates documents (medical reports, cephalometric studies, quotations, consent forms, referral letters and laboratory requests) in that same Drive. Every document is a draft prepared for the owner, who reviews it and remains fully responsible for any clinical decision and for what is given to a patient.
3. Access. Google sign-in is limited to the owner's own Google account. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page.
4. No warranty. The tool is provided as is, for the owner's internal use.
