Who we are: Clinic Reports is a private tool of Dr. Ammar Al-Yousef, Specialist in Digital Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, UAE. It has a single user: Dr. Ammar himself.
What data it accesses: with the owner's consent, the tool uses the Google Drive API to read files that Dr. Ammar uploads to his own Drive (consultation recordings, X-rays, CBCT scans, photos, identity and clinic documents) and to create Google Docs and PDF reports in the same Drive.
How the data is used: only to prepare medical documents for Dr. Ammar's own patients. Audio recordings are transcribed through Google Cloud Vertex AI under Google Cloud's paid-tier data terms, where prompts and files are not used to train models.
Sharing: the data is never sold, never used for advertising and never shared with third parties. Files stay in Dr. Ammar's Google Drive; nothing is made public.
Storage and deletion: the tool keeps no copy outside Google Drive except temporary working files that are deleted when each run ends. Dr. Ammar can delete any file in Drive and revoke the tool's access at any time from his Google Account permissions page.
Google API Services: the use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
